Is this an assisted living facility?
No, Journey Connections Independent Living is not an assisted living facility. We offer independent shared living spaces.

Are utilities included?
Yes, all utilities are included, and we also provide free WiFi.

Do residents have their own bedroom?

Shared and private rooms are available, however private rooms a limited.

Is the home furnished?
Yes, all our homes are fully furnished for your convenience.

Is there a kitchen available for use?
Yes, a fully equipped kitchen is available for all residents to use.

Is laundry available?
Yes, laundry facilities are available on-site for residents.

How much does it cost?

$750 per month that includes all utilities and Wifi. 

When is the monthly fee due?

The monthly fee is due between the 1st and 3rd of each month, it's late on the 4th and there is a $25 late fee. 

Is there a late fee?

Yes, a late fee of $25 will be applied after the 4th of the month.

Is this a lease?

No, this is not a lease agreement but rather a Month to Month residency agreement for a shared living space.

Are pets allowed?
No, for the comfort and safety of all residents, pets are not allowed.

Can family and friends visit?
Family and friends are welcome to visit in outdoor common areas only to ensure the safety and privacy of all residents.

Is there a curfew?
Yes, there is an 11 PM daily curfew unless prior approval has been granted.

Are drugs and alcohol allowed?
No, drugs and alcohol are strictly prohibited on the premises.

Are weapons allowed?
No, weapons of any kind are not permitted on the premises.

Are security cameras on premises?
Yes, security cameras are present on the premises for the safety and security of our residents.

Do residents have to participate in house meetings?
Yes, participation in house meetings is required to foster a positive community environment.

Are there house rules?
Yes, there are house rules in place to ensure a respectful and harmonious living environment for everyone.

Can I smoke inside?

No, smoking is not permitted inside the home. You are Only Allowed to smoke outside in designated areas.
